Prosthetic Dentistry and Crown Bridge

Prevent deteriorated tooth closure, decays and tooth loss with Prosthetic Dental Treatments.

All of these terms, which are called porcelain teeth, crowns, bridges, nail teeth, implant teeth, dentures, palate, hook teeth, are all services of this branch. In other words, it is the biggest dentistry branch.

They apply laminate veneers, zirconium porcelains, empress porcelains, in short, metal-free porcelains, which are widely used in aesthetic dentistry.

If we need to make a classification here, we can examine the prosthesis in 3 parts:

Fixed dentures
Porcelain crowns – bridges
Metal-free aesthetic porcelains
Postcore (a nail is applied into the poscore tooth) prostheses

Removable dentures
Complete palate prostheses
Partial dentures
Precision attachment dentures
Overdenture prostheses (using the roots of the teeth

Implant (nail tooth-tooth extraction) Prostheses
Removable dentures on implants
Fixed dentures on implants
Crown Bridge

Fixed Dentures
In fixed prosthesis methods, which have been applied until today, the durability of metals as the infrastructure and the aesthetics of ceramics as the superstructure were used while creating the prosthesis. Although this method is still used, fixed prosthesis applications that can mimic the natural appearance with many different materials have now been added to clinical solutions with the developing technology to meet the increasing aesthetic needs. Bridge: In case of missing one or more teeth, it is the process of minimizing the neighboring teeth and filling the interstitial spaces by getting support from the special coatings that come to them.

As with the veneer, the teeth to be taken as support by your dentist are shaped and made by performing the same procedures.

Precious Metal Alloy Applications
In these prostheses, precious metal alloys containing gold are used as valuable infrastructure materials. Aesthetics in the upper structure are also provided by ceramic applications. These alloys are special mixtures for dentistry. . Gold is one of the most precious materials used in dentistry, compatible with teeth and gums. Therefore, healthier results are obtained with applications using precious metals.

Zirconium is now being used as a porcelain infrastructure.

Standard Metal Alloy Applications

In these prostheses, metals special to dentistry are used as infrastructure that are compatible with dental tissues, have the necessary durability and can maintain health. As a superstructure, dental ceramic is used to provide an aesthetic appearance. Standard metal alloy fixed prostheses can be applied to all teeth. Now they give very successful results as classical methods.
